  Assist customers in navigating the company's website, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through the purchasing process. 

  Hand customer complaints and conflicts, employing strong problem-solving skills to find satisfactory resolutions and turn negative experiences into positive ones.

 Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. 

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences. 

  Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
